Located on Pine Island, in Southwest Florida. Went here on our first practice run because it was close to home. Got a good offseason deal as a Florida resident. Campground has paved, level spots. We weren't allowed to have campfires because of brush fire danger. Campground generally caters to winter snowbird crowd. Not much shade. Pool and whirlpool were nice. Bath house had four showers and was maintained well. Not much to do during offseason. Pool table cover was ripped. Didn't try many other activities because we were learning the ins and outs of our newly purchased camper. You are paying KOA rates, for not much in exchange. Winter is probably a different story.
Bottom line -- would I return? Probably not. Unless I was shaking out a new camper, then it is convienent (to use, 15 minutes away) place to practice.
