Yellow stains on canvass

We just got new to us 2005 Fleetwood Utah Cp from a private party.  I paid a dealer to check it out to make sure it was in good condition and every thing checked out ok.
Went camping this last weekend at Fort Wilderness and received 4" of rain.  
The Popup did not leak but as I was tearing down I saw yellowish streaks on the inside canvass that were not there before.  I assume that water is getting in between the layers of the canvas? Is this even possible?   What do I do to get rid of the stains and prevent them from happening?  I did notice that my roof sags where the AC is located but was assured by the dealer that it was ok.

Not sure about the yellow stains, but the sagging roof you need to address.  We just had this issue and my husband tightened the bolts that are attached to the beam that runs through the middle of the PUP.  That brought the roof back up.  When it sagged, the condesation from the AC unit pooled on the roof and started to leak through the unit onto the inside floor......

Thanks for the info wildfire42. Water pools around my AC also. But I am not sure if this would be the cause for the leak stains on the canvas. Is your popup a 2005 also? I am rather disappointed that this is happening.  I thought that 2005 would have very few if any problems. I spent more money in hopes of no repairs!!!!!!  Now am I sure it will cost me a fortune that I don't have to fix the roof.  Ever time I see the stains I get frustrated.

Has anyone else had their canvas stain without any water getting in the Popup?
