I knew you'd like that one Dieter! Nice touch on Viking's T-shirt. He noticed it right away. Of course he was expecting you to do something.

Glad he liked that.  Hope it lasts it was printed after everything else was dry so not sure how well it will wash

All i was trying to do was make the Easter Holiday fun for the children.  To put smiles on their little faces while they were far away from the comfort of their own home.  So they could wake up in the morning and see the Easter Bunny live and in color.  They will have stories to tell their friends about the Easter Bunny going out into the Desert just to leave them an Easter Basket and eggs to hunt.   I just wanted them to feel normalcy out there. The smiles on those childrens faces were priceless, and something I will never forget.  I felt very good about what I did for them, and their parents, as they will remember that the Easter Bunny visited them while camping out in the Desert for the rest of their lives. To the point of being able to tell their children.   Yet now it is being made a mockery of, a joke, and makes me sad that I cannot do something like this for your children for fear of being made fun of and have pictures with durogatory comments posted on websites.
It is a truly sad day. :(

I just posted a new thread, Newport Dunes has over 50 sites available and suggested we call in the same day to get sites together. I propose calling for reservations starting tomorrow asking for sites near other SCCampers. Reservations: 800-765-7661. I'll call in my reservation in the morning.

Thanks for everything you did putting this together, Toni and I had a great time...missed alot of people at the FIRE sat night (thanks Dee for the fire and cactus coolers ) , but I guess everyone was a little burnt out from the days activities. Potluck was wonderful and the shirts brought to us by Dieter are Great!! Thanks Dieter. It was Great to meet all that we haven't meet before. Hope to join everyone on another rally.......and no RAIN !! :D :S

What a great Easter holiday! Even with my late departure due to a split in my electrical cord from the Blazer to the toyho and we are missing one green fold up camping chair, we had a great time! A big thanks to Brian, Kevin and Todd for their effort in getting me home with brakes!!!

The shirts are fantastic; Thanks to Dieter!

Im working on the photos from this Easter weekend but we took over 200 of them and it's bigger than the limit setup by the email program. They are included in this post but I will have to break them up into sections/folders and post them to webshots. So check out the first batch of about 40 pictures of Easter in the webshots link below.

I just wanted to thanks! We had a good time visiting with everyone, and seeing the shirts being worn.

What a beautiful weekend! YOu guys broke the SCCampers streak for bad weather on a campout. Maybe Viking is the jinx...

Now we need more Rallies!

It didn't rain on your campout because I made it not rain.  My daughter was there remember. Had she not been there, I might have had to have the heavens open and the rains come down.  Just over Dieters trailer though.  Everyone else woud have been spared.  :D
