While watching "Places to find cash and treasures" on the Travel Channel they had an episode where they went to Rock Hound State Park outside of Deming. I don't know if that kind of thing is your cup of tea but I know my kids want to go. If my memory serves me correct I think you can dry camp there. You can find geodes there and some of them can be fairly valuable. Does that fit into the something new category?

Yea if you Google Rock Hound State Park it takes you right to the web sight. I have never been there looks like a great place to go Thanks agin
