Quick & Easy Tuna Cakes

Ingredients:  Old Bay Tuna Cake Mix (found in Seasoning Aisle of Grocery Store)
                   12 oz. canned tuna - drained (2 6 oz. cans or 1 12 oz. can)
                    1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Prepare as directed on package, frying for about 5 minutes per side, serve and enjoy!

Serve naked or on a bun!  Jazz it up with additions of diced celery, onion, etc.

Serves 4-5 depending upon pattie size.
