Excellent Service Center...Len-Rich RV

We Northeast campers are blessed to have an excellent and I do meet EXCELLENT RV service shop to work with.

Columbus Day weekend was pretty much a campers nightmare for me (explained on another thread for those interested) and I was in serious need of a reliable/friendly/honest (ha, ha, ha) knowledgable, repair shop and I needed them pronto! Do understand that I would not give a recommendation to anyone I didn't think deserves it. These guys deserve the good press they work so hard for. The following is a review I just submitted for publication on RVservicereviews.com. All you all who are in need of excellent service will not be sorry for doing business with Lenny & Rich. Definitely rated a "10" out of "10."

I called Len-Rich RV when I ran into trouble on a holiday weekend. They were recommended by the campground personnel above other local service providers. Spoke with Rich who was away but assured me he would be by to evaluate the work needed as soon as he returned on Monday. Perfect! Enjoyed the weekend with the kids and come Monday not only did Rich show up but he kept in contact with me and arrived early. Bonus! He had a look at what needed to be done and made other very useful suggestions. He struck me as an up front type of person and I was impressed that while discussing area other repair shops he refused to bad-mouth them. He kept the emphasis on what he and his partner had to offer. A few days and a few phone calls later I was told I could pick up my trailer. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the total cost came under what he had estimated, but even better then that was the excellent workmanship. I am very impressed as to the attention to details and the pride they take in what they do. As a woman, I also appreciated not being talked down to or taken for a ride monetarily or quality-wise. You can tell that these gentlemen enjoy what they do and as they are RVers themselves, they know how they would like to be treated and treat their customers accordingly. Do not hesitate to do business with Len-Rich. You will be glad you did!
