We have a 04 Travelstar 19CK.On long stays I need to empty the tanks. The tank outlet is aweful low and i noticed that later models have the larger axles and tires, which in turn leaves the drain higher.
Has anyone here ever install SOA kit?It looks easy enough to do and i purchased the kits with shipping for $65.Does it hurt the towing aspects? It looks like it will add atleast 4" in height.Any feed back will appreciated and thanks in advance...........

I have looked into getting this done my self and what I have been told is you will get about 4" from putting the spring over the axle.  The cost to have somone else do it for me, a camper place here in the Denver area, said they charge I think it was around $300.  They said they have done hundreds of them.  Where did you get the kit?

From a towing perspective you will probably have to change your receiver to ensure your trailer is level.  To much down angle on the tounge will cause you all sorts of problems towing it down the road.

I Identified  the axle through star craft .then went the dexter axle website got the kit#.confirmed that is was the correct kit with dexter axle.we have about five distributors in tampa area and fleetpride was the cheapest $64.20 w/tax and shipping(this is for both kits)
also talked to local spring shop and they said it would be $75 per axle to install .i,m considering it.
