Reattaching roof gasket

We've just discovered the black rubber gasket on the roof of our '98 Coleman Sunridge is coming loose at the front.  It appears to be originally attached to rubber that is over the edge of the white roof (sorry -- I can't get any more technical than that!).  What adhesive would you recommend for reattaching it?

Before I get tons of responses on the roof issues Coleman has had, this is not a roof issue.  The roof was replaced before we bought it, it has no cracks or leaks or sags and looks to be in great shape.  This appears to be that the adhesive holding the gasket on has just given up after all these years.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Just replaced ours and 3m is the way to go.

If the 3M doesn't work (mine didn't), I finally ran a bead of weatherstripping adhesive, and then put a number of screws (stainless steel) through it and up into the roof to help it hold permanently.
