Hi
Can anyone reccommend a good dutch oven cook book?  I am not new to cooking in the D.O. but it would be nice to have a good resource to try some new recipes.   thanks  Ken

Irons in the Fire - PUX Cookbook at the PUX trading post has some great DO recipes.

The hardback version of Over the Open Fire makes a nice coffeetable book.  It's full of DO recipes with pictures.

If your DO has a convection cone in the middle of it, then you need the Ultimate Dutch Oven Cookbook !

If you just want some recipes, try the free DO cookbooks floating around on the internet, mostly from BoyScout troops and their members!

The Dutch Oven Cookbook, by Troop 1577  is great.

The Geezer Cookbook by Dwayne Pritchett is amusing and good.

There are many other free internet DO cookbooks and recipes, just perform a Google, Yahoo, search.

There are lots of links at the www.idos.com the web site of the International Dutch Oven Society. Yummy recipes from around the country.
