My Drive to Work

This was my drive to work yesterday.  This was  on a road coming out of Palmdale about 6 miles from home.

Ewww.....no.  It's cold and wet.....nasty.  How can you like snow but not dirt?   Dirt is not cold.  Dirt is not wet.  You can't get frostbite from dirt.

Snow can sure be beautiful to look at though!  

I have had a bad week Dave and I came down with this killer virus, where you cough your guts out....Well I broke my # 6th rib coughing...on Saturday night...I thought I had lung cancer or something it hurt so bad...I guess it will take about 6 weeks to get better according to the doc...so I am trying not to laugh, cough or sneeze...what a pain in but this is...Dave meanwhile has come down with the stomach flu also...I am going to kill him if I start throwing up also...just had to complain a little and feel sorry for myself...."ABSOLUTLEY" this is the pits.

That sounds aweful! I hope you and Dave are feeling better soon. Try staying away from him as much as possible. Find yourself a good book to read :U I can't image the pain throwing up with a broken rib. OUCH!!!!

Sorry to hear that you guys got that stuff. I got it the day after Thanksgiving and had it until after Christmas.  :mad: Crappy Holidays to me..... :p

As for snow........YUK...........I agree with Brian. That is stuff that you should be able to look at out your window, on the mountain tops.
