We live in Austin Area. We bought a 2007 New Fleetwood Niagra with electric lift, slide out dining, two queen beds and table makes into twin bed, inside/outside audio with CD. Towed only 80 miles, brand new, stored in RV storage since we bought it. Sleeps 6-8, 2 huge beds, AC, 16 BTU, auto start heater, 3 way fridge, 3 burner stove top + outside stove, extra interior clip light/fan, CO alarm, smoke alarms, many plugs all your comfort needs, hard side shower as well as outside shower. I bought extra equipment for for full hook ups or take her for primitive camping. If you have additional questions, please contact me at home e address of [em. 2 propane tanks, external storage bin,  awning, electric brakes.

Husband became critically ill after we bought New Fleetwood Niagara, too many options to list, all papers on all equipment, it is fully loaded. You name it, Niagara has it. riggsfenner@yahoo.com[/email]

We hate to lose her but husband no longer able to travel. Used once locally only,  has been parked folded in RV storage location. Will sell with stocked kitchen ware, tank treatment solutions, pillows and other items bought to stock her. It is so new the shower was never even used.

Check Fleetwood site for cost of new Niagara and make an offer, every resonable offer will be considered. Warranty will transfer, has extra mile warranty and all papers for all appliaces. We are prepared to give back to bank but would rather a nice family get some use out of her.

Sorry to hear about your husband.  Have you tried Craigs List?  Much bigger audience and they would be local to you.
