Any Recommendations on San Diego Camping

We are looking to go to Legoland and wanted to see if anyone can recommend a campground we can stay at. We already have Campland on the Bay on our list but are there any other recommendations? We've already stayed at Woods Valley in the past and wasn't impressed there so that's not a consideration.

San Elijo would be perfect but I don't know if you can find a spot on short notice. That CG fills pretty fast. Reserve America website is shut down (for California) until Feb 22.

We camped at Lake Jennings, very nice and clean campground.  Located near the city of Lakeside.

Thanks for your recommendations.  We decided to stay at Campland on the Bay.  We've never been there so we thought it would be fun to see what it's about.
