AC and an AlumiTite Roof

After searching through past postings, I am still a little hesitant about doing an AC install myself. It does not appear to be too difficult, but my main concern is cutting the Alumitite roof on my Fleetwood. All of the postings I have read deal with an ABS roof. I really don't want to pay someone to install the AC if I don't have to!! Anyone ever done this or have any advice?

I did not install my AC, I had my dealer do it.  If you are handy and have someone to help you do the instillation you can do it yourself.  There was an article in Pop Up Times a few years back on doing it yourself.
