Roof help please!

Can anyone tell me about the roof of my Falgstaff by Cobra 1991 pup?  I think I may need to replace the wood on the sides of roof and perhaps the roof itself.  It seems the side of the trailer with the awning bag has pulled the panel away ans allowed water into the wall.  Before I dig too deep I would like to know what to expect.  Is is aluminum or fiberglass?  Are there support "beams" or just panels under the skin?  Any help would be appreciated.  Even if you don't have the same brand but are familiar with it please reply!  Thanks in advance!

Most likely your roof has a birch frame surrounding foam panels, laminated between sheets of luan (1/8" plywood) then an aluminum skin on the top and whatever the ceiling material is on the inside.  I think once they come apart it's new roof time.

Forest River purchased Cobra in the mid 90's and maintains all of the assembly drawings and fabric patterns. Contact their customer service @ 574-642-2640 for their opinion.
