Slide Rock camping?

Does anyone know a good popup spot close to Slide Rock in Sedona? When I used to car camp, we would camp right by the creek, but I do not remember any popups there. Thanks for any tips in advance.

This is info from a book called Camping Arizona, that i got from Barnes and Noble book store. They list two camp grounds north of Sedona that can take Rvs, the rest are tent only (3 other camp grounds) the names are Cave Springs,about 10 miles north of Sedona, Pine Flat is about 12 miles north of Sedona. Cave spring can hold 78 tent/Rvs up to 32ft, no hook ups. Pine flat can hold 58 tents/Rvs up to 32ft, no hook ups, both say the roads are paved.

I think rebe918 mentioned he was heading up to Pine Flat CG in a couple of weeks, we were kicking it around but have season tickets to the AZ SUNDOGS. They are moving into the conference final against the Larado Bucks and 3 out of the 7 games being played are in Prescott Valley and just happen to fall on that weekend.
Good new, I'm off..Bad news, no camping.

Thanks for the info on this one. We are going to the Grand Canyon at the end of next month and we were thinking of leaving the day before we are scheduled into our cg at the Canyon and spending the night somewhere on the way to make the drive shorter the day we check in. This sounds like it could be the spot.
