I love to sleep

One of the ways I justified buying my PU is that I would sleep better.  I love my sleep and if I don't get enough I get irritable.  I love taking naps too and really think their should be a law passed to allow for nap times during the work day.  Don't they have that in Mexico?  Anyways, I digress.  So as I was saying about my PU and sleeping better.  I think it was destined that I get a PU.  I love the great outdoors, but not when I'm uncomfortable like I was in the Army.  So in order to do that I got a PU.  And I do sleep good and recently we switched to using down comforters and now I sleep even better.  Just what a tired old man needs.  : )

Yeppers - a good nights sleep is magnificent!  I too become a surly snippy witch when I am sleep deprived - feel free to substitute a B for the W.  Generally I find the fresh outside air and physical activity of setting up the PUP to encourage a deep sleep the first night.   Depending upon who might be camping with me (if anyone) determines if I get that nice power nap along about 2pm.  

When able, I take advantage of weeknight camping vs. weekend camping - and find I get plenty of rest.

The world would be a better place if everyone was able to grab a mid day nap, I am convinced of that. I love sleeping in my pup as well. I especially like it on a cool night when I can open up the pup and feel the full effect of the night air and fall asleep while gazing at the stars. Man it don't get any better than that in my book.

Naps are one of the best parts about owning a popup.  My husband takes one almost every day when we go camping.

A good nap in the PUP is a great thing.  Especially in the winter or fall when it is cooler outside.

A mid-day nap is my favorite thing about our popup!  I love to lay on the bed, with the canvas open, and a slight breeze drifting through.  Heavenly!

We added memory foam to our beds and down comforters and it's just heaven....

Where do you get the memory foam to fit these huge mattresses?  I think I'd like that stuff on there.

We got ours at Costco I've seen them at other stores also.....They are just mattress toppers so you must do the tissue box test to see if your pop up has the head room to add the topper......Place a empty tissue box on the bed then close the top to see how much crush room takes place then you'll know if you can add the extra in's of mattress topper......alot of campers have them so I don't think you'll have a problem.......carol

Thanks,  I haven't seen them around here and we don't have the Costco here.  We only have the Sam's Club and I haven't seen them in there.  I'll keep a look out.

I also love sleeping in my camper.  I sleep better in the camper than I do at home.  I also enjoy taking a mid day nap in the PU, but it doesn't happen too often.
