Today I sanded down the frame on my Starcraft Starflite and masked and covered everything and she's ready for primer and paint.

Should I go with flat or gloss black?

Advice would be appreciated... thanx! :)

Semi- gloss.  ;)  I couldn't decide either, so I went semi gloss...

I concure!  Gloss black looks too shiny and shows every imperfection.  Flat winds up being too dull/dry looking.  Semi will have a nice sheen and look propper.

Consider Krylon as they now have a fan style spray pattern, and the paint results are much nicer.

Walmart actually has a Semi Gloss for Outdoor Metal Furniture that holds up excellent....I think its Rustoleum....4.69 per can.

I went with the semi-gloss.

It looks GREAT! :)

I'm glad you are satisfied with the semi-gloss.  I am going to touch up my frame with some high-gloss brush-on industrial quality paint for a more durable finish.
