We spent 4 nights and 3 days here. There is a boat ramp/dock area that you can rent canoes to johnboats with small motors. They offer boat tours there as well. The park is situated within the Okefenokee Swamp. There are gators there that like to steal your fish as you reel them into the dock (YOU WERE WARNED!). The facilities there were very clean and well maintained. The sites have cable/water and 30/50 amp electrical service. They also have a small general store there. Not too bad for $24 a day. During our stay they gave a familiarization class on the local black bear population. We saw numerous deer, turkey, hawks, egrets, turtles, heron, etc. The campground area was very quiet and patrolled by both the campground hosts as well as the park rangers. They also have a few hiking trails to explore. We totally loved it and can't wait to go back.
