Thanks for the replys. It is nice for a newbe with a new to us camper to be able to get answers.

The more my wife and I learn about our the camper the more we realize the prior owners did some things wrong. Like wrong load rated tires (b's not c's, original spare is a c), did not grease wheel bearings for 4 years, useing an extention cord and not the land line and no safety pole incase lift system fails. But thanks to this web site we are slowly learning.

Maiden voyage to the Kentucky horse park went good. Already have a few more trips planned. Thanks to this web site and reading everyones posts we where prepared for MOST issues.

Glad to hear that your maiden voyage went well. The more you camp the more you will learn what works for you and what doesn't. Everyone has their own reasons for and ways of camping. You will find a lot of very helpful technical information on this site along with great cg's reviews and such. Finding this site has greatly enhanced our pup camping experience.
