Using campers propane for gas grill-what adapter?

I have a gas grill wich runs off a 20# tank.I would like to avoid carrying an extra propane tank and run my grill off the pop-ups propane tank.What do I need fror this-Extend a stay---extend a flow. Not sure what to buy.

I'm guessing you'll need a "T" of some sort, and then a single stage regulator, and then umpteen feet of flex hose with a fitting on the end to mate with your appliance.

The grill already has a regulator.So I guess a "T" and some flex hose with the correct fitting should do it.

What brand of BBQ, Ive got a Weber babyQ and purchased a seperate hose so I didnt need to use the small tanks.

You should use this adapter and a hose.  The extend a stay may work, comes with a hose.  Looks like it might be close as to which way to go is less expensive.   Check out WalMart, they may have something similar.  We have one ourselves, don't remember where we bought it.

You cannot hook up most gas grills after the regulator on the PUP.  Most grills are designed for high pressure propane from the tank.  The RVQ's are designed for low pressure after the regulator.

The extend a flow with hose (kit) leaves you with disposable threads and tank pressure propane. If that is what you need, done. If you grill does not use disposable cylinders, you'd need to convert the 1-20 threads to ACME/POL for your grill. If you go that way, get the ACME extend a flow, the ACME nut can be attached by hand and is not left handed!
