tinfoil under the mattresses

Now I'm not sure if this is a great idea or the cheese has finally slipped off my cracker.

I was lying in bed on the first night out with the new to me trailer (review and play by play forthcoming) at 1:00am feeling a slight chill from the mattress and had a thought.  I've seen when they've installed radiant in floor heating they'll attach it to the underside of the floor with a reflective cap, the idea being it will help to mitigate any heat loss to the basement and direct the heat into the room above.  Wouldn't something similar work with the beds in a pop up?  Thinking either an industrial product or even a mylar space blanket would work as long as you've got the shiny side up.

Thoughts/comments?

Folks swear by reflectix under the mattress.

That's not where the cold comes from in my trailer. Piece of OSB and 4" of foam keeps the cold below, it's the top of me that's gets cool, there is way more insulation below than above!

There's plenty of believes.

I use relectix,  the same material you can put in the bunk end  screen windows under our beds.

lol, I guess its not that new of an idea

I like the idea of adding the insulation....there should be enough clearance
