Welcome home!!!  I don't like hospitals either.  I've spent way too many nights at CHOC with both Josh & Sarah.  Hospitals are the most dirtiest/germ infested places I know.

Trust me.......they are far safer than most hospitals. Those places are just a melding pot for every type of bacterial disease known to man.

I remember when Matt was born, DH and I were walking the halls with Matt in his incubator and we were stopped in the hallway.  A nurse told us that we couldn't take Matt to this specific area because they didn't wat him to get anything.   Why in the world would they put an area like that on a floor with newborns?

I talked to DEE today.....she sounded human again... :sombraro:

It felt SOOOOOO good to hear her voice and feel more confident.

She's still got a long road ahead of her but at least she's on her way and back to herself. :#

You'll be back in the fold soon Dee and this will all just be a good camp fire story.......Hahaaa   Just take this time to practice your Knitting ....... :-()
Maybe you'll get our Breeching uniforms finished by next summer...... :eyecrazy:
Take care and know we miss you......

Hi Dee,

As usual I'm not on the boards much and every time we miss somiething important. Sorry to hear about your, what sounded serious, illness. Hope you back on the track to a full and speedy recovery. Camping is not the same without you.
I was in the hospital a couple years ago with emergency gallbladder surgery, spent almost three days...a hospital is not the place to go for rest and recovery. It felt much better once i got home...SO STAY HOME...:)
Lori should have smuggled in a cold beer for you. A boss I had once said " your sick because you let your alcohol level get to low"...there may be a bit of truth to that, I don't know...:) It was just funny...
Take care of yourself and get back in your trailer, it also needs some TLC and highway miles under its tires. Friends and support are important for a good recovery and you have all of it with this group...:):):)
