I know many of us participate in both boards.  I hope someone can help me.

It says my password is incorrect, then when I ask for a new password it says my user name doesn't exist.  When I tried to start over and register it said my user name was already in use by another member.

I use the same name there, SherryandFamily.

Can someone post this over there and ask the moderators to send me an email about what to do?

Thanks so much
Sherry

When you go to the home page of PUX, scroll down to the bottom and on the bottom right side there is an email support button that you can use to get Deans help.

good Luck

Send the admin for the board an email... thats what I did and he helped me through it.  There is some problems with the passwords when they converted over.  I had to choose a password recover question and answer and email it to him and he set me back up.  I will try and find the link for you! BRB ;)

PopUpExplorer just recently moved to a new forum program. It's similiar to the other but there is a process to get your pw linked to your login name.

Hopefully Gracy's link will help.

Thank you all so much!

I didn't see the contact information until all of you were kind enough to point it out.

I emailed Dean, who reset my password and all is well with the world.

Thanks Again!
