SCCamper Halloween Rally 09'

Rick & Stephanie,

 First off we are not that formal around here! Just call Dee4J = Dee. Next, Kevin did call me at work today to tell me about the family that sold you their popup so they could move up to a bigger trailer. Well you know my number, go ahead and tell them I don't bite; that they can call me! I will be working this Saturday and off Sunday.  And you missed a spot underneath the second rung of the ladder in front of the trailer! Tell the kids they have to jump higher to reach the windows. Stephanie did a great job inside!
 Next you don't want to know my dealings with tires!!! Sore subject there...

Bob, I confirmed with Lori today that they want to attend the Halloween trip. I'll get them up and running on the website (scary, I know!). Since they'll need to get you some money quickly we'll be in touch to meet up with you soon. Maybe this weekend?

 I PM you back and cut out the middleman (Senior Wavery; AKA the treasuer)
 so just sent it to us. Wayne must be doing alright with his treasuer tittle because he lives in Beverly Hills you know!:D

 I want to send you the PM reply but your box is full. You need to do a little housecleaning and delete some of the old messages.

  It's $25 a nite for a family of 4. $1.00 per dog per day. $5.00 for the pancake breakfast and would like that sent with the deposit up front so that the buyer of the food is not out any money. Now it really depends on how long you want to camp. That will tell you how much you owe.
 When you clean out your box then I can send my address to you unless you have Dee's contact list handy.

Howdy,
   Ok everyone is back home from Smithwoods except for a couple who went on to new adventures!

  I am giving you ONE MONTH from today (8/05/09) which would make it 9/05/09 to send to us the remainder of your deposit monies! Also include your $5.00 for the pancake breakfast please. For the few that I have not heard from PM asap or your spot will be assigned to other campers that want to come join us.
  Please check page one of the Halloween rally to see where you are as far as what is left for you to pay!

  Remember this year the rally is Oct. 2 - 4, 2009 which is why I am asking for the rest of the monies now. Also pm me with your extended staying.

Page 1 shows that we are paid in full but did we add our $5 for the pancake breakfast?

Hi Kim,

Paid in full is only for the camp site. You still need the $5.00 for breakfast.

You are confused!

 It might be glass half full or half empty!

 The rest of what you owe depending on how long you plan on staying if any longer than two nights plus $5.00 for each family for the pancake breakfast!
