We found out last week that Sarah now has the VERY EARLY symptoms of Diabetes so that make 2 of our children with it.  So far, Matt is clear.  Josh and Sarah would LOVE any NO SUGAR treats for trick-or-treating .  Sarah is struggling with not being able to have sugar so anything special will lesson her withdrawls.

Oops,

Bob, if it is okay with you I can just get the extra I paid in cash from you at the rally.

Well, we are now down to one family up in Alder!!! Hatlet you can tell me your top 3 choices by next Friday.

For those who are keeping track of the number of kids and adults; we are now @ 55 adults and 30 kids!!!

 To Jeanne (Chezway)
You had mentioned back on page 23; post # 232 about doing the craft project. Are you ready for what you need as far as supplies. I know you could use a few volunteers!!!

hatlet

Bob, have you considered splitting the group up between the two areas? Alder appears to have a large center section that might be good for potlucks, etc., just a thought

Freedom_5

Howard,

There are a few ways to go with this large of a group. In the beginning we had the right amount of sites. I was able to get both upper and lower level for the Halloween rally together for one weekend. We had to go early because the other weekends were booked up. Splitting up the group is not real good when the other non-SCCampers that would be in Birch and ALder feel left out because they did not know that this is our Halloween Rally.

 Then the last week, people have been PM'ing or calling me to say that they needed to cancel. I said no problem;

We have up till a week before to cancel and no one looses their money! Remember you can cancel up to one week before for anyone who might be on the fence thinking about it.

I have kept a penciled copy of people and sites. It easier to erase!!!
You came forward and volunteered to go up top. I applauded your action. Then another canceled a few days ago and then another canceled yesterday. Life does get in the way camping, I understand that a lot!
So To make a long story short, The wagonmaster is going to take the one spot up in Alder so everyone else can be together, on one level! I think it is the best way to go. I can still be available for any problems and really only need the site for setup and sleeping. I won't be decorating as much as I would have liked, but it is for all of you and the kids! Besides we only have to walk 50 yards to hang out! When I call tomorrow and tell the campground to release all but one site in ALder, they will be happy.

Bob, or anyone keeping a tally-

Kristi and Melissa will be camping with the Brownies down at San Mateo, so Jason and I will make 1 child and one adult.

Jim

Thank you for the update! I will make the correction.

hatlet

Bob,

Both Lois and I agree that the wagonmaster should be with the group. We do not mind being up at the Alder site so just leave things as they are.

See you soon.

Howard

Freedom_5

Howard,

Im putting you in Alder, site #6!

hatlet

Bob, that's the handicap site, please put us in #4 or 5

Freedom_5

Howard,

The pencil has moved you to site # 5. My bad with the handicap site. I was trying to keep us close to the stairs and each other's trailer's.
