ok trip number 2 resulted in furnace not running...fan blows (seems slower then before) but no click to ignite....awning blew over in the wind, and my new ceiling has a leak.......cant friggin believe it leaked...its sealed up GOOD!....So question is where do i check voltage at furnace..hydro flame...is it easy to take out?
The poles for awning have one set with springs in and a hook/loop on it and other with pegs out the top and you turn to tighten. which go up and down? which go from trailer out? any help?

Oh yeah got the new hub on and felt much better/safer this trip. 125.00 for hub and bearings. no brake on the new hub as they were not connect in 1st place.
Other wise it was a great trip...posting pix in the photo thread.

Furnace look to the right - Furnace Troubleshooting Guide, Heating Systems Sequence of Operation ETC.

On my awning, the 2 piece spring is the horizontal rafter and the 2 piece (twist to lick length) is the verticals.

Found the model number in the awning pouch and google came up with a diagram....we were doing it backwards. this makes more sense!

Thank you kind sir!

After pulling out furnace and checking all possible leads...i found the battery was hooked up BACKWARDS...omfg!!! Well i guess it was learning experience and the furnace got cleaned out..Question how come the lights still worked ?

Light bulbs aren't polarized.  They're just a wire that gets glowing hot due to current passing through it.  They don't care which direction the current is flowing.

Like the fan spinning backwards, the lights where working backwards, the elctrons were flowing!

The lights were working because the bulb is just resistance or an opposition to the flow of electrons.  The furnace would not work because the electronic ignition is likely polarity sensitive.  However the fan was running backwards and sounded like it was running slow.

Yep, for the awning the spring pole is the top (roof to awning post) and the adjustable poles are the ground to awning post. The latter should have a clip on the bottom to stake it to the ground. On the roof side, there should be rubber caps to protect the roof from getting scratched, and hold the poles from slipping. Wally world (some anyway) carry a selection of these caps, otherwise I found some at oodlesofpartsplus.com, otherwise known as The Problem Solver.
Furnace might need a new ignitor. Typical problem with any furnace until electronic ignition was invented. However, being wired backwards might also not allow the ignitor to spark and light the furnace. Also check the propane connection/valves.
Roof Leak- Boo. The edges are your most likely spot, and I still suggest Eterna-Bond. I think Dutchmen just had a bad design that is not leakproof.
Hope trip 3 goes better
