1998 Coleman Redwood - Greenwood, IN

I have a 1998 Coleman Redwood PopUp Camper. It has a 10' box, double/full beds on each end, a removable table or the table lays down and makes a twin bed. No tears on any of the fabric or screens. A few minor mildew stains on the inside of the top of the push outs. I've scrubbed it, but it won't come out. Very minor.
I can tell you from experience that we camped out in a rainstorm last summer and it does not leak. I checked all around to see if I could find any leaks, but I couldn't.
It has a 3 way fridge, inside (removable) stove. I never cook inside the camper, though. Hookup is outside as well for the stove.
It has the standard coleman awning, and I just scrubbed it down, but the cover is torn near the zipper.
Before I put it up for the winter in the garage, I scrubbed it inside and outside, so it's clean and ready to go.
