I have an E3.
Can I use the Weber Q without changing anythin on the pup? I want to be able to just set it on a table, hook it up and cook. Is it that easy?

coach

hook it up to what?

I set my Q on the table, open the lid, retrieve a small propane cyliner, screw it on, turn it to start, push the button to light, shut the lid, preheat a few minutes, cook.

If you get yourself an extension hose for your propane tank, you can hook it up to the tank on your PU or carry a spare tank.

I hate those 1# cans..... :swear: . They are expensive hard to stow and I can never find them when I want them. I even have one of those fill adapters, just a general pain.... It's so nice to be able to hook up to you on-board propane tank.

You want to hook it up to the PUs high pressure port where the high pressure stove connects?

Her is a group of pics detailing hooking it up to the high pressure port on a Coleman running the stove and the Q at the same time!

Thanks Coach but the link to your pics didn't work.

No worries though. You guys answered my question. Just put the grill on a table...hook it up to the port where I'd hook up my outdoor stove that came with the camper and commence cooking. Got it.

Thanks again!

OH!!!!! Just one more thing.........make sure that you put something on the table that can take the heat. Otherwise, it may melt your table..........I found that out the hard way.......... :banghead:

Coach,

Do you have a part number for the Marshall brass propane T?
Tried looking it up, but had no luck.  I have the hose, need the "T"

Thanks,
