eating out at the train diner,

Dee it isn't a diner, it is a resturant, Front Street Station.  It is about 10 to 15 minutes away from the campground.

Some other local attractions are:

Wednesday The Lewisburg Farmers Market

Many roadside produce stands, butcher shops, etc.

The Woolrich outlet in Woolrich PA

The Buggy Museum in Mifflinburg PA

Not sure what fairs/carnivals will be going on that week, but I will look when it gets closer.

Eating at the "Fence Drive-In" resturaunt

Country Cupboard Resturant, Gift Shop

2 Drive In move theaters, with 3 screens each, each screen shows 2 movies a night

I don't know of any local train rides at the time of the year of the rally.  We use to have a local train that ran out of Lewisburg.  We do have active train tracks though.

If there is anything in particular that anyone wants information on let me know.:)

I just want to come............    I do not have a tow vehicle anymore but,  I have a travel trailer.  LOL    The only 2 cabins remaining for that week are the more expensive  ones.  I am still trying to come.

SheBantam

You know me, touring the Walmarts...eatting out as much as possible...Raymond says he will come too. That means the BIG trailer...

I hope you can make the rally.  It has been a long time since you have attended one.  Is there any chance you could borrow or rent a TV for the week?  How about tent camping?:)

Paula there is a Super Wal-Mart about 10 minutes away from the campground.  It is the one on US 15 just north of Lewisburg.  There is a small drive in resturant called "The Fence Drive In", just a few minutes north of the campground entrance.  A mile or two further north is the "Lewisburg Diner".  It is a new business.  We ate there one day last week.  The Country Cupboard Inn and Resturant just north of Lewisburg is a sit down resturant and has a buffet.  One of our favorite places to eat is "Haywoods" in Muncy, PA.  About 30 minutes from the campground.  They have great food, resonable prices and we always take part of the meal home.  If there is anything special you are looking for please let me know.:)

It is getting closer to the rally.:-()  Is there any activities planned beside the Pot Luck Dinner on Monday evening?  I think Dee still has tickets for a 50/50 raffle.
