Looking for resources to purchase a screen room and reflective panels for my pup.I have a 2009 Flagstaff with a 8ft.awning.Are the reflective panels made for specific models or manufactures,I assume they are.Have checked with Camping World and Carefree Awning,but hoping to find better prices.Any advise or suggestions of sites would be appreciated..........Thanks

To my knowledge Pop Up Gizmos is the only one that makes reflective bunkend covers.  Yes they are made to fit a specific camper.

the covers over the bunk ends is the gizmos the reflextic is the insulation in the windows.You can get the reflectix at lowes or home depot in the ductwork area and custom cut them to your bunkends.

Thanks for the info.Ordered the gizmos with the measurements as you said.Will try to find reflectix at lowes.How do they attach to windows?Guess two-sided tape?Thanks alot..........

No you set up the pup and measure the window and cut out the reflectix to fit inside the windows. They zip up in between the screen and the plastic window.

I did the same sort of insulation in the windows, but did it in a less expensive way.  I purchased accordion fold car sun shades, the foil type with the bubble wrap stuff in the middle (like reflextic) and cut them to fit in between the screens and the window tenting.   If I were going to do it all over again, I would not cut the sun shades.  I would just slip them between the metal bed frame and the tenting in the bunkends.  That way you get more insulation on each side of the bunkend.

we had a hard time finding reflectix material at lowes.  I finally found it online and ordered it to be picked up at the local store a few hours later.  They (the employees) had no trouble finding it then, however, when we went to the stores (lowes and Home Depot) and asked about it, no one knew what we meant or directed us to the kind with the adhesive back.  I ordered 2 rolls and we ended up only using one and returning the other.

they should be in the area where they sell duct work and filters. I get mine at the hvac supply houses. The reflextic has more r rating that the solar shades. The higher the r more heat it will retain or repeal.

Did finally get the reflectix at Lowes.Now will measure and cut to fit.May use 2 sided tape to secure between the screen and window.Then may just store under mattress for easy access.Funny,all these experts at Lowes have never heard of it,nor how to get it.....
 
Again,thank you all for your assistance.Its a whole new way of camping with these PUPS........Have always had 5W's and a Aliner.Kinda nice to get back to the basics,my grandkids love camping,and think its neat to be off the ground.Always finding new stuff for the Pup.

We have a couple of Ace Hardwares in this neck of the woods that sell the Reflectix by the foot ... both the 2' and 4' wide rolls. Obviously more expensive buying it by the foot but then you do not have a lot of excess left on your hands to store for another time's use by buying just enough for what you want to do with it.
