1981 Coleman Brandywine LTD sellpart out?

It's a fixer upper, without a doubt.  It will need the ceiling repaired, it has been damaged by water. I would suggest using a Masonite or some type of cheap laminate. It will need right rear cable replaced, thanks to someone whom decided to view it without my knowledge and first clearing the snow from the top! These are all easy repairs for the D.I.Y. couple or individual. Now the good stuff, it sleeps 6 adults comfortably, has a new water system, pump, lines and faucet. Inverter has no problems and works flawlessly. Floors are solid, frame is solid as well. Sliders for the bunks are solid and slide easily. When it's all said and done and someone invests some work and pride into this unit, your going to have a very nice older pop-up with some character or...you could turn around and sell it.

  Should I part this out and make a HD utility trailer out of it, or would someone be willing to give me $300?
