So I'm trying to figure out what site(s) to try for tomorrow morning, but I need to know site length to make sure our camper will fit, and of course, reserve america, being the piece of crap that it is, is "currently unavailable while we make upgrades to improve our service to you."

Yeah right. Whatever. :compumad:  :swear: :banghead:

I am not a woman of patience. Does anyone have site lengths for sites at San Elijo? I'm looking at beach h/u site #s 11, 13, or 20 and beach non-h/u site #s 25, 27, 40, 63 or 64

Obviously, if anyone has this info and can post it before the 7:45 a.m. log on time tomorrow morning, that would be preferable.

Lori, Jim and I are not going to this camp-out so our sites 18,19 and we checked on site 20 also are up for grabs we called  Reserve America on these sites and even though they list those sites for TT 24 feet and under they said our trailer would fit just fine. The only thing I'm not sure about is your beds??  Our slide isn't very deep .........Info on those sites said iffy on slides??  they are 45 and 50 ' drives and stated TT 24' and under.  Like stated we called and talked with RA and they said a 24' trailer not counting tongue would fit.  Hope this helps out a little maybe they are very narrow sites and hard to make the turn with the TT.

Okay, I'm over my bad self.

Reserve America is up, and I was able to check out site lengths. Dave is trying for 25 and 27; I am trying for 45 and 37.

Carol, thanks for the offer and info, but reserve america says those sites probably won't accomodate our slide and definitely not our even wider side bunk. H/ups are nice, but we don't mind dry camping either.

Good luck everyone. In case you've forgotten, here is Wayne's link to the atomic clock:  http://www.worldtimeserver.com/atomic-clock/

If you get a beach side site, I don't think ANY of them would be too narrow for a slide, most are HUGE.  Other sites not so sure.  I would bet you are safe with ANY beach side site...

Ended up getting Site #29.

Also got Site #28, an inland non-hookup site. But it is right next to a water spigot.

We're in site 25, coming in on 10/22 (Th) and leaving on 10/25 (Sun) :sombraro:

I got...NOTHING!!  The sites were open and by the time I tried to book thme they were gone.  At one point I had 37 which I think was one of Griffs sites, so I didn't book it...duh.  Oh well.  I really want TWO sites.  I guess we won't be joining  you.

That sucks! Maybe someone was able to get an extra site and can share it with you, since you arranged the rally in the first place (hint, hint). The other option is that maybe you can grab an inland non-h/u site

if it makes you feel better, someone beat us both to 37. And then when I tried to get 45, reserve america logged me out. Did I mention I HATE reserve america? :swear:

hatlet
