Repaint and Replacement stickers

Hi all.
New member - having lots of fun reading old posts and learning a lot.

I have a '94 Flagstaff that we purchased several years ago that we mostly use on beaches in Mexico. Blazing sun, salt air and rough roads have been tough on her so I am currently doing some rebuilds and mods to spruce her up and make her more functional. A not too distant project will be a complete exterior repaint since the frame is showing a touch of rust and the shell is so oxidized that you just can't touch it without getting all covered with the paint dust. I tried a bit of cleaning car wax - it will just go down to the bare aluminum skin.

Has anybody done this? And does anybody know a resource to replace those stickers that proclaim warnings on all the external ports?
