Good Fall Illinois Campground

Depends on what part of the state you live in.   Northern Illinois - Starved Rock State Park.   Southern Illinois - Cave-in-Rock State Park (check out Garden of the Gods) or Ferne Clyffe State Park.  Both have great trails and bluff overlooks.  I wish you well.

In Central Illinois I recommend Walnut Point State Park, Fox Ridge State Park, and Lincoln Trail State Park.

Beaver Dam State Park in Carlinville, Illinois is a beautiful fall campground!  We just went to Starved Rock last weekend and ended up at a private campground, Hickory Hollow in Utica, because the restroom at Starved Rock were really terrible.  However the trails are great!!
