Converting propane lines

Wow. Just as soon as I solve the furnace problem, something else pops up.  Since this camper was made in 1996 it takes the old style propane tanks.   Is it easy to modify this system so that I can use the OPD tanks?

No conversion necessary. Your old fittings will screw right into the new tanks as before......

Yes, the valves are threaded on the id for the old style hose.

Just exchange the tank for newer one.

Oh and remeber the left hand threads, the wrench and test for leaks.

I took the left hand threaded POL off and added a Acme_Nut_(Green). Use the yellow 'teflon tape' made for propane applications or some other pipe dope. Rightie tightey, lefty loosey with the ACME!

Makes taking the cylinder on and off wrench less!

Also adds a couple of saftey features built into the ACME and OPD  QCC-1.

I used a black ACME, didn't need the extra BTU the green offers.
