Pocket to hold stuff in bunk ends?

Of course we have the remote for tv,a flashlight, car keys tp if wifey has to go pee at night....... I could use a couple of pockets that could hold some of this stuff while sleeping, but easily reachable. Perhaps a cloth pouch that could be attached to the wall of the bunkend with velcro?  Open to ideas on this one!
Thanks, Alan

I made a couple single pockets to hold the controls for our electric blankets.  They have flaps that tuck under the mattress to hold them in place, but I need to add some hook and loop tape so they stay better.  They are positioned so when the bunks are pushed in, they don't hit anything.  A similar storage bag could be made with more than one pocket.

You could also sew pockets onto the back of the bunk curtain to hold lightweight items.

That pouch is very nice, Rae.  I put in an order with the resident sewer ;)
Thanks for posting the photo.

That pocket is a good idea. My son's popup came with a shelf across the end of the bunk that folds down with the bunk. I was going to buy one but it was almost $100! So I found a shelf made of closet shelving on the Mr. Fixit Forum that we're going to make. Also folds down. Great for the person on the OTHER side of the bed.
