Roof has dry rot, PTI tags, Pink slip, good tires and spare, bag awning, 2 queen beds and pads in good shape, canvas is in good shape. Missing: water tank, stove, heater, A/C. Replace roof or remove everything and use as utility trailer. Please come tow it away. 949-295-1873
