I use a trailer dolly. Available from:
http://www.harborfreight.com/heavy-duty-trailer-dolly-37510.html

It moves our 4,000+# trailer with 500+# of tongue weight quite easily.
I scooch it right up against the wall without touching too.

Here is the review that I posted on Harbor Frieght (which they never posted on the item BTW):

This dolly works but you get what you pay for. I have known several people that have this dolly. Every one of them (without exception) have flat tires. I put in a full size can of "Fix-A-Flat" tires sealer in each tire ($12). I haven't had a flat since (9 months). The dolly comes with a 1 7/8" ball. Most camping trailers have a 2" ball ($6). Using the 1 7/8" ball can be done but it is dangerous. It the load gets over centered and falls, the trailer tongue will come off the ball and land on the ground (good luck getting it up) and you'd better not have any feet under there. I replaced the ball with a 2" ball but I had to put a 1" spacer between the ball and the dolly. Now, the trailer tongue does not come off of the ball if it gets over-centered. With those 2 modifications, this dolly works great with my 4,000# trailer and 515# tongue weight. Just be sure to check tire pressure and keep it at 35#....the tires are also cracked very badly so keep the speed below 55MPH.... ;)

I just push on the trailer and let the wheel do its thing.
