campfogWe have camped there a number of times but never marked off any " favorites" .  There are any number of really goods sites, it just depends on what you want.  If your camping during the week, you should have no trouble finding one that fits your needs.  Of course, if you go on the weekend and arrive after about 6:00pm on Friday, you pretty well get your choice of what s left.  I wouldn t worry about it much.  Park is full of prime real estate[:D].

A bit of warning about getting to the park.  As you come out the west side of Glen Rose on 67, the road curves to your left and goes down hill.  This is not a big problem but you come up on your right hand turn onto FM 205 kind of fast.  If your not watching for it, you can buzz right past it and have to turn around and come back.  Just something to watch for.  You should have no other problems.

Have a great trip at a great park and welcome aboard .

campfogWe re going to Cedar Hill State Park this Friday and Saturday.  Let s hope the ice storm (or should I say the few melted pebbles of sleet) is gone by then.  [:D]

campfogJust be sure not to get a site that lines the water.  It was much more windy there.  Have a good one and hopefully the weather will disappear before the weekend. [:)]
