We went to the RV show yesterday and were able to learn a little more about the new Centennial series from Starcraft.

 1) We were told that the Centennial series is replacing the Constellation series.  Production of Constellation series has been halted.

 2) The slide outs on the 3604 & 3606 do not extend as far as the slide outs on the Gemini, Orion and Apollo.  Unlike the Constellation models, supports are not required once slideouts are extended on the Centennial models.

 3) A 4"  frame is used.  The frame was designed to easily facilitate installation of a load leveling hitch.

 4) The first production lot of 3604 s was just completed, production run of 3606 s has not been made yet.

The revised, updated floor plan for the 3606 is now on their web site.

 1) The slideout has been moved rearward from where they originally thought it might go.  This was done due to a conflict between the suspension system and slide system requirements.

 2) To make room for the shift of the dinette, the refigerator cabinette and shower/potty console exchanged positions.

 3) The orignal floor plan had a small seating area by the forward bunk (between the refigerator cabinet and the cabinet).  There is no longer room for this seat and a step to reach the forward bunk has been put in its place.

To us, the down side of the new floor plan is that there is only one seating area.  DD and DS are 6 and 8.  On ocassion they need to be separated from one another.

Would appreciate criteques of the floor plan from the experienced users on this board.
