Where were you born?

Just curious as to where you were born and how did you wind up living wherever you currently are??  I was born in MA, married my DH, moved to CA for a few years, and then came back to MA!  New England is beautiful but I sure miss that sunny warm CA weather!!

Born in 1960 in Frankfurt Germany while my dad was stationed there in the Army.

8-9                                       Richmond, ME (dad went to VietNam)

11                                         Richmond, ME (dad went back to VietNam)
12                                         Fort Carson Colorado
13 on up                               Richmond, ME (where dad grew up) and the surrounding area
 
Ended up here because it is where my dad's family is from. My mother is from West Berlin in Germany and she spent most of her life here. Still have 2 cousins over there but not in contact.
Have an older brother and sister one born in 1956 in Berlin Germany and a sister born in Gardiner Maine.
 
The military never used to keep you at one base very long.

I was born in Indiana and have always lived here,except for a few months that I lived in Grapevine TX one summer. I could never move away from my family. I along with my brother and three sisters were born at home. That was back when doctors made house calls.

I was born in Michigan, moved to Ohio, 3 years later moved to Sacramento, Calif. Then off to college in San Diego, summer jobs in Lake Tahoe during college and then after graduation I ended up still in Lake Tahoe. I met my DH in Tahoe, after he moved from Philadelphia and neither of us really want to leave!!!

Born and still live in Cincinnati, in fact our residence for the past 20yrs is just about 3miles south from where I was born and about 2miles east from where DH was born.

Born in Long Beach, CA (and no I don't want to go back!) Lived in: Washington,DC Monroe, IA Madison,WI  Marshall,MO Huron,SD Jonesboro,AR Sarasota,FL Tallahassee,FL Greensboro,NC(twice) Fayetteville,NC King, NC and now uptown Anderson Creek, NC  Needless to say I have moved quite abit...Dad was career Navy and then taught at a bunch of junior colleges on 2 year contracts. LOL

Too close to my life....born & raised in Mich, after HS moved to Kansas for 3 mos, then to Vacaville, CA, eventually to Sacramento, went to Sac State, lived in Sac until 1998 moved to Pennsylvania (Poconos) with my job after McClellan closed (I worked there).

Oooops BTW one of our favorite campgrounds in CA is SandFlat, off 80 on your way to Tahoe, near Kyburz.

I was born in Northern New Jersey and lived in asmall town called Lake Stockholm until I was 16.. Then we moved to FLorida to another small town named Frostproof!! I then moved back here to N.J. when I was 21 and lived on Long Beach Island for a few years. Once I got married I moved to Little Egg Harbor. WE moved to Manahawkin a few years back.. Hope to one day move to PA!!??!!??

Walled Lake, Michigan.  Lived in Centerville, Tennessee for 14 years and Little Rock, Arkansas for 3 months.  Then moved back to Michigan.  I just missed the snow and winters here. WHAT WAS I THINKING!!!!!!!  Both my sons were born in Columbia, TN.

Age 0-23 I was born and raised in Huntingdon, TN (West Tennessee)
Age 24-26 Lived in Nashville while working on Master's at Vandy
Age 26-29 Lived in Ashland City (also Nashville area) while working as a nurse at
...............Vandy, and moved there to work for fire dept also
Age 29-present Got married and moved to Franklin, TN (still Nashville area)

Holly:
Born and raised in Nashville/Brentwood area. She moved to Franklin around 1997(?) when she bought our current house.
