How nice it is to hear from you! Aside from not having ventured out of San Diego county for quite some time, it very well could have been us going by your description. Our popup has seen more of the inside of our garage lately than the open road. In 2004 we've only made it out once so far, to Doheny State Beach in April. So I'm sorry to say we aren't the answer to your mystery. The mystery family is still out there somewhere driving the freeways or better yet, all popped up beside some mountain stream. Thank-you to all for the kind and flattering words.

Forestwalker: Are you able to better pinpoint where you saw the PUT sticker?  Palos Verdes to Laguna Hills is close to a 60 mile distance.  Could it have been around Dana Point and Doheny State Beach that you saw the mystery family?
