I'm sure that your friends are good for it.  Just let me know if they decide to cancel so I can notify Campland by October 28 (2 weeks prior to the rally).

Ok, shouldn't we be planning something for this trip? Potluck, etc.
 
I will be coming to this one alone. Kristi & Ashlee will be taking off to Phoenix on the Monday following the trip, so they are staying home to avoid the extra driving. Given that, if we have a potluck, I'd like something easy like salad or something. Let us know.
 
If there is no potluck, I will stick to my original menu of Beer & Balogna.

Sounds like it is time to get the planning on this rally started!  I'm thinking that we stick with the Saturday breakfast and Saturday dinner potlucks.  I believe we will be congregating at Dee's supersite (right Dee?).  Since it is a smaller group than Vail Lakes, if you want, go ahead and post here what you are bringing so we don't have too many duplicates.

So as far as the time for the potlucks is concerned, is the usual 9:00ish for breakfast and 6:00 ish for dinner okay?  I'm thinking about the DO apple/sausage cornbread and for dinner we'll bring tri-tip and a b'day cake for the honored guest.  Brian, we got you down for the baloney and beer!  Anyone else?
 
Campland offers group activities--scavenger hunts, etc.  Is there anything else we want to do as a group besides the pot lucks, bonfire at Dees, Apples game, poker, etc?
 
Dee, any word from your friends about joining us?  I need to cancel the site by Friday if they aren't coming....how was the Grand Canyon?

We're up for being casual on the activities...definitely don't want to miss poker or Apples.  Dan's been busy practicing poker...but I plan on winning!:p  You can count on us for the potlucks.  Buttermilk pancakes for breakfast and dinner...let me think on it.  Probably something in a crock pot (haven't gotten a DO yet).

I'll either do spaghetti or bruschetta, depending on the weather, for dinner.  For breakfast, there's a really good bagel place in Pacific Beach (I grew up down there).  If it's still there, I'll go over early Sat. morning and pick up some.  My friend ... maybe a casserole for dinner, and she'll do whatever I do for breakfast.

jeanne I talked with my friend friday and they went to the rv show on monday but was rained out and was suppose to go yesterday, I had no cell signal and haven't heard from her yet I told her you had to cancel by Fri. I will probably see her Tomorrow nite

Jeanne: my friends found a trailer and are in the midst of finalizing...I guess she has some "old Dings" on her credit that should have been off..I told her I need to know bt Thurs nite so you can release the site.. if you don't here from me by Fri go ahead and release it and I'll have them make reservations for H16 on their own..Campland is pretty good and will still give them the group rate. they totally understand and have no problem doing it that way
