when we camped there last year, they wouldn't let Jeanne in before the 2:00 check in time...they said they had to "clean" the site. But they let us in and our site was next to their's...go figure?  so, Brian, if we get there early, we got a 50/50 shot at getting into our sites.  if not, we walk in to party, either way, we're partying!!!!!  they can't stop us, so there....neener-neener ;)

Okay, not to be all high and mighty, but STAY OFF OF I-5!!!  Taking the 210 will be much easier & take you less time.  The traffic on 210 is light going east, so you won't have the hassles you would on 5.  That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it.   ;)

I will take you're advice under advisement Laura.  I took the 210 across to the 15 one time just to check it out and it seemed like it took forever!  However, it is only fair to say we were pulling the TT to Riverside for some warranty work and heading straight over to Disneyland from there.  That might have had something to do with it.

I'm glad!! I'm making the sauce from scratch, not a jar, my kids hate the jar stuff

I am so jealous!  Right now, my team mom and I are trying to decide where to have our soccer team party on Saturday....pizza and punch is my big excitement for the weekend. :(  Have fun you all!!

Maybe I can talk Brandon into playing a mean game of Scrabble or Battleship with me one of the nights!

Maybe someone should make deep fried zucchini in honor of Brandon &  Lisa.

Here are our contributions to the potlucks:

Breakfast: Mountain man breakfast (sausage, egg, potato ad chees casserole in a DO)  Made this thispast weekend while camping at San Mateo for mom's 79th birthday.  Everyone said it was a keeper.

Dinner: Maybe a hungarian goulash or chicken enchiladas--in the DO, of course.

In the interest of my "Keeping it Simple" weekend.  For Sat. Am. potluck I will have Maple sausage links, and for dinner, a tossed green salad
