July 20th to the 27th or parts of that week-Killeans Pond State Park, DE

I may take you up on your offer to camp with you again at Watkins Glen (PUX trip). That week is a busy time for my family so I didn't make a reservation for my own site - thinking that if I can come, I'll just set up my little tent on your site (if that's ok with you). Worked out ok last time. Since the PUT rally is in the same area but at a later time, we (family) will try to make that one - if the timing is ok. I'm still hoping to combine the PUT trip with a trip to 1000 Islands NY (right before or after). Don't have to make reservations at Wellesley Island SP for awhile yet so I'm just waiting to see which week gets chosen for the PUT trip. If you're interested in joining me at 1000 Islands, please ask Rodd for Wellesley Island SP site suggestions (I think he's been there). I believe C loop has electric and a bathhouse. Another loop has electric but NO bathrooms (according to the map). Some loops have waterfront sites which would be nice but no electric. Not sure I want to go without a/c in the summer.

Di you are more than welcome to share our site.  You know my sister is always welcome to camp with us.   I am very interested in going to the 1000 Islands area, but I will have to wait and see what I get for vacation next year.  They should be picking soon.

That's what I'm waiting for as well...  vacation picks and days off picks.  I'll be 4th in seniority at the new place, and number one if I stay on my current shift.

NS in New York, is that a state park and if so do you guys typically have a specific area that you reserve sites?  Is this also going to be a definate group get together?

Hey there dademt!

North-South Lake is in Haines Falls, NY.  We usually go opening weekend in May and closing weekend in Oct.  It usually is cold there at those times, it is not uncommon to run the camper battery dead in one night from the furnace.  Soooo, we all have been talking about also heading up there in the summer.  Usually in May it's andym86, tlhdoc, DiW, and us...  I will definitely be going up there.  I have many, many pics in my webshots page, click the link under my profile.  We're usually in Loop 6, starting with site 170 and making our way around to 180-ish.  It would be great to see you guys up there.
 
PS - there are no hookups, but there are flush toilets and hot showers. Here's their website:

Real quick question since I am confused :eyecrazy:  ( more then normal thank you ).  Are we meeting the 22-24th or the 29-1st.  I just want to make sure I tell work the correct weekend that I will need off next year.

The 2006 Fall Rally at Locust Lake is September 22 to the 24th, the last FULL weekend in September.
