I have not booked yet, but I may have a way to get Raymond to come along...A web master on one of the other sites I am on...non-camping posted this...Raymond's will not come with the PVC extras, but I am trying to get Gandolf to build me one for Raymond...

I'm on 37, other loop near the water. Will bring my Kayak for this one, raymond would bring his fishing tube but it is under 9' long and PA SPs have it in writing the boat has to be at least 9' (unless I got that backwards and it can be no longer than 9')

I bumped this to the top, since it is our next group trip.  I am having COTOC camping withdraw right now.  Too many trips with my friends and I am missing you guys.  I can't wait until we camp together again.:)

I know what you mean Tracy...  this trip seems so far away, but it's really next month!  :eyecrazy:   This year sure is flying!  And just think, Christmas is only 4 months away too...  lol

I know what you guys mean.  We have one trip left with my parents before getting together with everyone.  I can't wait.  Might even bring up the canoe but that is still to be seen.  Almost time to start the menu.  My mouth is watering already.:p

No, not even close.  In fact we are still tearing stuff out ourselves.  They only took down anything that was wet which was most of the walls.  The kitchen was half way gutted and we decided to do the rest so that we can fix the floor and the messed up walls that were left.  Besides, so far the insurance company still hasn't told us how much $ we have to work with so to us, this is freebee time to do the projects we wanted, like move doorways, put in new wiring, etc....  I think we will be lucky to be in by the holidays.  I am shooting for halloween but in all fairness, it might be sometime in december.  I head over there every night after work to do stuff and we spend at least half of the weekend working on stuff also.  I couldn't even begin to tell you of all the screwy things I have found in the walls.  Bare wires, multiple electric lines from different breakers run into the same junction boxes, and other structurally scary stuff when you remove the drywall.

Scott sorry to hear things are still bad, but I am glad you are doing the remodeling.  Tell your family we think of them and I am glad you are getting the wiring fixed.:)

Hey all!

Just going through COTOC withdrawal right now...  wishing we were camping at Locust Lake!  I'm sure the trip will be here before we know it!

Hi Guys
We are back from the Adirondacks, had a very good time.
It was in the 50 's at night and upper 60' to lower 70' during the day, my kind of weather.
It rained the first day we got there and also during most, but not all nights, which worked out just fine.

Well, anyway,it looks like we're not going to make this trip to Locust Lake.
Our nephew from Germany won a 4 day trip to NYC, which of course is on that weekend! It was a sweepstake from his bank ,lucky him.
We were looking forward to this trip, since we did not do much camping
so far this year and also hoping to see everybody again, but I guess it's not meant to be.
Hopefully will see you guy's soon.
BTW,are we planning on a "Closing North- South Lake" trip?

Andy
