We would like to be added to the waiting list for thie trip. I would hate for anyone to miss out, but if you have to just know that there are slackers waiting to take your coveted reservation.
 So now do I keep checking back or is there a scamper fairy to pass the word?

Welcome Rhonda!

It's great that you're jumping right in with our delightful bunch!  I think you'll find us to be fun sort of group.  Irreverent at times, but fun.  

For this trip, it's self-serve.  That means that there's no real "keeper" of sites.  But camping etiquette says that if you're not going to go you post it here so those who'd like to go can have a chance to take their site.  If you're interested in a trip like the Halloween one, you ask to be put on the waiting list & when your name comes up the wagonmaster contacts you to see if you're still interested.

So, you've gotten in line for this one, and who knows?  Someone always bows out.  We may just see you there!

Sometimes you can grab a reservation that someone has canceled. Also, check back here every day. You are 3rd on the list (check the 1st post on this thread) but there are often drop-outs at the last minute and they will offer their site to others before they cancel.

Good girl Rhonda you are now a real member it was fun meeting you at Lopez just keep watching the boards for a cancel and hopefully you get a site.  Just hope it's not ours......Hahaaaaaa

We have a few cancellations (Whus) and some that were on the waiting list have had changes in their schedules and can't make it.

The 2 people on the waiting list have been notified but if either of them have had a change in plans, there may be a spot or 2 available.

Don't be shy. If you want to come to this camp-out, please get your name on the waiting list NOW!!!! :-()  :-()

Just an update..........

jendak760 will be joining us at Pt Mugu to take one of the Whus's places (one has a sore back    and the other one fell off his bike  :%) . What's this world coming to??? Next thing you know people will be dropping out of camp-outs because of little things like brain surgery or heart attacks.......I thought camping was to get over all that stuff, not to get away from it. :sombraro:

As soon as I hear from Rhonda........(HEY RHONDA WHERE ARE YOU......YOU HAVE A PM) I'll take her off of the waiting list and "hopefully" put her on the "attending" list.

That means that we have no more waiting list.  :#
