Would love to go..however Barb and myself will be leaving on 04/19 for a nine day trip down south to the Savannah/Charleston area. Not camping doing the hotel thing. Hope everyone will have a good time and hope to see everyone on the next group outing after t Tracy's Bday bash.

Mark's made the reservations. He says we are on C06. I guess that's the same as C6? We'll be arriving Friday. Let us know details for Shady Maple (our favorite place!)

Glad you can make the trip. Dademt's one daughter has a competiton to go to that weekend. They won't know until closer to the trip, when she will need to be in Lancaseter. We are trying to include them in the Shady Maple trip. It may be a dinner or a breakfast, or maybe some of us will be able to do both!:D

Hey guys, don't worry about planning around us. Go ahead and make your plans. If we can make it we will but if not, don't worry. Don't take this the wrong way but we are only 1 hour or so away so we could go any time. Of course the company always makes it better.

I'm trying to figure out a way to still make this trip. Kels' club soccer team folded at the last minute so I thought we'd get a break this spring but along came the track coach and now she's a track kid (she's never thrown anything but a tantrum in her life but suddenly as a HS sophomore, she decides to become a thrower). In any case, she has practice on Fri aft and Sat morn and I'm one of those old fashioned parents who won't leave her home alone. But, I'm not cancelling. If necessary, I will come Sat but I'm hoping to find a teammate to leave her with. Or perhaps we can talk the coach into giving her Sat off. I just hope there's no meet that day. Kels already needs to miss 2 practices and a meet for her sister's college graduation over Memorial Day weekend. HS coaches don't allow kids to miss practices or games/meets so this will be a tough sell. I plan to use the out of town "family event" excuse since I consider you guys family.

Di I hope you can swing it! It would not be the same without you. Becky isn't going to make it and now CamperJohn can't come. Wow C is graduating all ready. It is hard to believe that she graduated high school 4 years ago. What are her plans now?

The trip is getting closer, does anyone have any preference for when we go to Shady Maple Buffet? Is there any interest in having a pot luck breakfast/lunch/dinner?

Doubt you are going to want to do Shady Maple and a full Pot Luck in the same day. Too much food! And Shady Maple (as is much of Lancaster County) is closed on Sundays. How about Shady Maple for breakfast on Saturday (Breakfast - 5:00 AM TO 10 AM; Adult $10.43, Senior $9.39, Child $5.23).

I was thinking the same thing. As for the pot luck everyone just brings what they want to make. I will start a new thread for the pot luck.

Scott do you have any idea when A is going to be preforming?
