My Wife is not arranging for the agreement to be faxed to her so she can sign it and  fax it back to me. She thinks I should just sign for her temporarily and she will sign when she comes. I told her that won t work and that we should try to find a way so she can receive the fax and sign and send it back to me. Well, she took off for a weeks of vacation this morning ..... I think that is the end of it, I thought she wanted the new house. [>:]
 

 Birol, just another suggestion...could the document be scanned, emailed, downloaded, signed then re-scanned and re-emailed?

 She doesn t have access to e-mail either , what a bummer, I am so upset, my blod pressure is going to kill me, how irresponsible she can get and expect me to save the situation What am I going to do now ? a few hours and they will ask me for the signed paper,  I guess I will just put ona sheepish smile and say, yeah, I need you to hold on till September 4 th , she did not sign it now but she says she will sign it when she comes back.  They will walk away right then and there when they hear what happened. [:@] And I was stupid, I showed the new house to the kids and we made furniture plans and all. How dumb I can get [>:]

I so sorry to hear of this.  I know how much you were looking forward to the new place.  Can she get to a bank - possibly they can receive the fax and send it.
