You make a wish, and the next person tries to twist that wish, warping what you recieve, before posting his/her own wish to be twisted.

For Example:

Poster A: I wish I was left-handed.

Poster B: Granted. Your right hand is chopped off.

Poster A: I wish that my girlfriend was hotter.

Poster B: Granted. Everytime you touch her, you burn yourself. Serves you right for being greedy.

Got it? Here we go:
